Dietmar Menze, born in 1956, studied Business Administration (with a major in marketing) in Bochum, graduating as a Bachelor of Business Administration.

In 1979 he began his career in marketing at TEROSON GmbH.

In 1981 he popularised the BEL-RAY brand in the motorcycle industry for TOTAL GmbH.

In 1983 he implemented the worldwide relaunch of SISTA joint sealing compounds at HENKEL KGaA.

In 1987 he switched to LEIFHEIT AG, establishing the HausRein range as a mainstay of the Household Products business.

In 1997 he was appointed to the board of LEIFHEIT AG and entrusted with responsibility for marketing, sales and development in the Household Products Division.

In 2002 he founded the home innovation® consulting network as an international consultancy.
